HUMAN-CENTERED DESIGN.

Joscha D Krämer

The 'D' in my name stands for Design from Deutschland, and David :) Based in Los Angeles, I am a dedicated Researcher and Designer passionate about human-centered design. Originally from Mannheim, Germany—known for innovations like the bicycle and motor-engined car—I've always appreciated designs that enhance daily convenience and enjoyment.

With one year of experience, I've led impactful projects at Gymondo, a global fitness and health company serving over 200,000 users. Additionally, I contributed to launching an AI-driven user research tool at CoNote as a UX Researcher and UX/UI Designer. My expertise includes synthesizing data to deliver actionable insights, aligning user needs with business objectives, and developing thoughtful digital solutions.

In my previous career in creative media, I worked as a versatile creative producer, collaborating with diverse start-ups and esteemed clients such as Vogue, MTV, and The New York Times. Leading projects and teams, I crafted compelling content across various mediums. Alongside, I hold a master’s degree in education, where I taught elementary and middle school, designing enriching lessons and gaining valuable insights into human psychology and sociology.
